Tumble Together is an interactive class for an adult and child pair, where they explore different equipment throughout the gym with guidance from coaches. Tumble Bees and Beginners are introduction classes where participants learn basic gymnastics positions, movements, and vocabulary and engage in activities that develop body awareness and coordination, and gymnasts in these classes must be potty trained and comfortable without a parent in the gym. Mini Stars is for children who are “shining extra bright” and focuses on skill progressions and development at a slightly faster pace and higher difficulty level, covering basic elements on floor (splits, bridges, cartwheels, handstands), bars (pullovers, back hip circles), beam (jumps, dismounts), and vault (foot work for the spring board and pop-ups), and Mini Stars 2 continues these skills at a slightly faster pace and higher difficulty level.

Intermediate Beginners focuses more on skill technique to create a strong foundation and requires that gymnasts have taken one or more sessions of Beginners and have a basic understanding of the lever, handstand, cartwheel, and gymnastics vocabulary. Advanced Beginners requires proficiency in skills such as rolls, cartwheels, and handstands, along with basic strength and flexibility. Flips requires proficiency in skills such as round-offs and walkovers on floor, along with hip circles and pullovers on bars, and basic strength and flexibility.

Pre-Team is started with the goal of having a South St. Paul Community Education competitive team and involves learning more difficult skills and creating routines on all four events. The Gymnastics – MAGA Team program is intended to prepare the gymnast for their high school gymnastics program by allowing them to gain competitive experience as well as strength, flexibility, and confidence to pursue other activities, and skills in this program are based on requirements as well as ability. Tryouts are required for MAGA Team 1 and MAGA Team 2.
